📦 Packaging & Delivery Requirements
Shipped via Heavy-Duty Reinforced Packaging: All orders are shipped in oversized, impact-resistant reinforced boxes specifically designed for large motorcycle parts and accessories to prevent damage in transit.
🛃 Customs & Duties
All international orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means that all applicable import duties, customs fees, and taxes are pre-paid by Mats-Csrewy® and are fully included in your order total at checkout.
You will not be charged any additional customs or import fees upon delivery. No surprise charges at the door — what you pay at checkout is the final amount. DDP applies to all countries we ship to unless otherwise stated at checkout.
