One Month DOA Return Policy

If your order/item(s) meet any of the following conditions:

  • Wrong item received
  • Missing item
  • Physical damage or scratch
  • Product quality issue or the product cannot be used

You may be eligible for a full refund by returning the package. To process this, please:

  • Contact Marketing@mats-csrewy.com with clear details and pictures/video. Include a photo of the entire package/box.
  • Our representative will respond within 24 hours to address the issue.
  • Upon approval, you will receive “Return Instructions”.
  • Send your parcel following the “Return Instructions”.

All returned items must be new, in original packaging, with no installation marks or signs of use. A full refund, including return shipping cost, will be issued after inspection. Refunds are processed within 5-7 working days.

30 Days Free-Reason Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason within 30 days:

  • Email Marketing@mats-csrewy.com with the reason for return and pictures/video. Include a photo of the entire package/box.
  • Our representative will respond within 24 hours with “Return Instructions”.
  • Send your parcel following the “Return Instructions”.

All returned items must be new, in original packaging, with no installation marks or signs of use. A full refund will be issued after inspection, excluding return shipping costs. Refunds are processed within 5-7 working days.

1-Year Warranty

If you receive a defective product not caused by human or physical damage within 1 year:

  • Email Marketing@mats-csrewy.com with details and pictures/video. Include a photo of the entire package/box.
  • Our representative will respond within 24 hours to address the issue.
  • Upon approval, you will receive “Return Instructions”.
  • Send your parcel following the “Return Instructions”.

We will send a replacement after receiving and inspecting the returned defective item. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
